In Europe, IO Interactive's Hitman: Contracts is religiously loved close to the same way Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer (i.e. To back up their level design additions, Io's lead designers told IGN that their team used extensive storyboards to plan out each level, giving deep thought to more details such as nervous walking patterns, enemies recognizing Agent 47 even if he's in costume (depending on how close he gets), and more highly refined differences. The new levels incorporate those close-up kinds of kills, but it still supports long-distance and middle distance shooting, giving players even more choices. Filled with new hand-based weapons, Eidos' new stealth-action game puts players into close-combat situations in which they are strangling people quietly with pillows, slitting their throats with Garrotes, and ever-so-silently injecting them with hypodermic needles. The level's end is interesting because there are several ways to beat it, many of them extremely hard, and only one way being the smartest, easiest and the stealthiest. Once in the elevator, players can then stop on floor 2 or 3, each level giving players the chance to kill additional enemies or collect addition weapons or items. (This isn't a spoiler because, after all, the first game revealed all this.) The hospital offers several hallways to explore, though only one of them leads to the elevator.
